It started with a city
The year is 2015. The gainfully bearded citizens of Hamilton take to the streets, proudly showcasing their admiration for this great city through their wardrobe of tastefully designed crew neck t-shirts. They long for a place they can gather with friends and enjoy the excellence that is a well-crafted, locally sourced burger that doesn’t strive to reinvent the wheel. Through careful deliberation, HAMBRGR was born with a commitment to its city and a promise for all – to make the best damn burger you’ve ever eaten.
Keep it simple stupid
People are going to spell our name wrong and they’re definitely going to question the choice. Simplicity applies to all things and burgers are most definitely not an exception. We get right to the point at HAMBRGR, giving our guests the perfect combination of locally sourced ingredients, a wide selection of craft beer, culinary artistry and of course, one of the most memorable experiences one can possibly muster in the enriching restaurant culture sweeping over downtown Hamilton.
